Getting silver proof sets and some medals is usually fairly easy. Ordering high demand, limited mintage stuff is a pain. You need to be loged in and ready the minute they go on sale, the process is frustrating with frequent crashes, gateway errors and timeouts. Never had issues with shipping. Con: Severely overpriced.
