Besides doing as many UWorld questions as possible I also recommend first aid. If your issue is content gaps, first aid and anking are great. If your issue is test taking, do Uworld. Also, Pathoma chapters 1-3 are crucial. Technically, low 60s is the passing score.Uworld is harder than the actual test and if you can master uworld it will make the test seem very doable.
